Smiles Stone Town Hotel was superb! Our group particularly appreciated the interactions with the staff, particularly Ali from the front desk. Everybody had a smile and was ready to help with our thousand questions. They were also willing to hold our bags when we went on a short visit to another part of the island for a few days. I would highly recommend this place.

the property was very clean and the staff are very helpful and kind and would recommend this place to everyone ! the manager is also one of a kind may he be blessed with more the hotel is next to the ferry port which is also very efficient as you do not need to take a taxi or any form of transport

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! they were also quick to re/act with ouir requests. the room was clean and comfy. they even served us breakfast 1 hour earlier, because we had to rush to catch ferry! that was exceptionally helpful and nice! highly recommended!
