Smiles Stone Town Hotel was superb! Our group particularly appreciated the interactions with the staff, particularly Ali from the front desk. Everybody had a smile and was ready to help with our thousand questions. They were also willing to hold our bags when we went on a short visit to another part of the island for a few days. I would highly recommend this place.

Thank you for a very warm welcoming stay! I was a solo female traveler here and Smiles Hotel went above and beyond with exceptional service and friendly staff. Extremely clean and spacious rooms the staff did a great job at cleanliness everyday a very comfortable atmosphere and great breakfast! 10/10 recommend staying here! i’ll definitely be back! 🙂

the property was very clean and the staff are very helpful and kind and would recommend this place to everyone ! the manager is also one of a kind may he be blessed with more the hotel is next to the ferry port which is also very efficient as you do not need to take a taxi or any form of transport
